Family meetings every eight days, approximately one hour.
Social Work and Psychology, focused on family accompaniment and collective strengthening.
Purpose
To accompany families by promoting well-being, participation and capacities that contribute to the holistic development of their environments.
How the program works
Meetings follow advance planning that organizes topics across the semester and gives continuity to the process. Parenting skills, communication, shared responsibility, support networks and protective environments are addressed.
Scope
The approach is preventive and psychoeducational. The program does not provide psychotherapy or individual clinical treatment. Situations requiring another level of care are referred or guided accordingly.
Follow-up
The team may use family and relational characterization tools, field records and planning documents to understand context and accompany the process in an organized way.
