Purpose
To strengthen young people's personal and psychosocial development by promoting autonomy, emotional well-being, leadership, community participation and protective family and social networks.
How the program works
Experiential workshops, reflection spaces, community activities, group mentoring and youth leadership initiatives help adolescents identify capacities, strengthen skills and build realistic goals for the future.
Participatory methods
Cooperative games, dialogue circles, artistic expression and participatory dynamics are used. Observation, interviews and psychosocial follow-up help identify needs and protective factors.
Support and referral pathways
When vulnerability or difficulties in emotional and social well-being are identified, family support, guidance and, when necessary, referrals or institutional pathways may be activated.
