Leads institutional, community and administrative processes, with an emphasis on inclusion, community participation, rights and capacity building.

From her Social Work training, she contributes to strategies that recognize people, families and communities as protagonists of their own development.

Her management connects work with children, youth, families, adults and older people and promotes participation, learning and stronger capacities.

From General Management she promotes interdisciplinary work and partnerships for social, educational, community and family initiatives grounded in territorial realities.

Yolián Murillo Vásquez

Director of Neurodevelopment and Learning

PhD candidate in Cognitive Neuroscience and Education

Leads neurodevelopment, learning, inclusive education, accessibility and diversity processes by connecting neuroscience, psychopedagogy and education.

Profile and leadership area

He is an education professional, holds a master's degree in psychopedagogy and is trained in tiflology and inclusive education.

His work recognizes diverse ways of learning, communicating, participating and developing. He promotes educational and social strategies that reduce barriers to learning and participation.

From a neuropsychopedagogical and inclusive perspective, he contributes to projects, training, intervention strategies and research related to disability, diversity, educational inclusion and human development.

Edwin Álvarez Álvarez

Psychosocial Director

Social Worker

Leads psychosocial, family and community processes focused on stronger relationships, support networks, participation and individual and collective capacities.

Profile and leadership area

As a Social Worker, he works from a psychosocial, family, community and rights-based perspective, understanding people within the contexts and relationships that shape their lives.

He accompanies work with children, youth, families, adults and older people in family dynamics, social bonds, community participation, life projects, coexistence and support networks.

From the Psychosocial Directorate he participates in the design, implementation and follow-up of social and community projects and connects the social component with educational, family, community and neurodevelopment dimensions.
