Our approach
Learning Communities and dialogic learning as a foundation for participation, inclusion and collective transformation.

Learning Communities
Inspired by the international Learning Communities model, we guide our work through an approach in which knowledge is built with others and communities participate in the processes that affect them.
Dialogic learning
We start from the idea that everyone can teach and learn. Egalitarian dialogue, listening and the exchange of knowledge help build understanding connected to everyday life and territory.
Participation and radical inclusion
Families, volunteers, participants and the wider community are part of the process. Every voice matters and every story contributes. Inclusion is understood as a practice that recognizes diversity and works to reduce barriers to access, learning and participation.
Social transformation
Learning is connected to the possibility of interpreting context, strengthening capacities and participating in collectively constructed change.
